She is the visionary behind the podcast Journeys with Jones Harwell and the Chief Operations Officer of Redbaby Publishing, Inc. which provides consulting services on ghostwriting, coaching, content material, editing, public speaking, and publishing. Lisa spent over thirty years as a voice engineer/analyst in telecommunications field before transitioning her skills to education and multi-media platforms. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies and a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Studies.
